A full convexity of the neck seen in profile. Jowls full and jawline poorly defined. Wanting a subtle and natural result, still in keeping with his general body shape

A welcome and very natural improvement. Could have had more taken out, but it is always better to err on the careful side, particularly on the neck. In the future he may benefit from a thread lift to the neck to give him a better angle under the chin.
